1. What are the check-in and check-out times?
At KYNOREVITH Pet Hotel, check-in begins at 9:00 AM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Late check-outs can be arranged upon request.
2. What are your vaccination requirements?
All pets must be current on their vaccinations. Please provide proof of rabies, distemper, and parvovirus vaccinations for dogs, and rabies and FVRCP for cats.
3. Do you offer grooming services?
Yes, we offer a full range of grooming services for both dogs and cats. Please contact us in advance to schedule an appointment during your pet's stay.
4. Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
Certainly! We can accommodate most special dietary needs. Please bring your pet's food clearly labeled with feeding instructions.
5. What is the emergency protocol?
In case of an emergency, we have a veterinarian on call 24/7. We will contact you immediately using the emergency contact information you provide during check-in.
